​Is there anything I should do before you arrive?
For your safety and ours we ask that you remove all clutter in the areas you wish to be cleaned. This facilitates the cleaning process as well as keeps your belongings safe.

Do I get a reminder of my next cleaning?

We always send you a reminder text 24 hours before your cleaning and a text with your next cleaning date after we've finished up.

Are the interiors of refrigerators, ovens, or windowsills part of a regular cleaning?
Specialty services such as cleaning the interiors refrigerators, ovens, and windowsills are considered add-on services and are not part of basic or recurring cleanings. 

 

Can I exchange a specialty service with part of our regular cleaning?

We are not able able to trade specialty services for services included in one-time or recurring cleanings.

 

Do I need my own cleaning supplies?
We bring our own cleaning supplies but are happy to use any cleaning products or cleaning supplies you'd like specifically for your home.

Do you charge a pet fee? 

Yes. If there are many pets in the home or if there is an excess of pet hair, we do charge a $10 pet fee.

Which payment methods do you take?

We keep things simple! Payment is arranged directly with you through trusted services like Venmo, check, or cash.
